Once your Repair Request Form is received, we will send you an e-mail response with the necessary directions in order to proceed in processing your repair request. Upon receiving your product to our repair facility, you will begin to receive status updates of your repair process via email.
Your bag will be evaluated by our team of highly experienced individuals, who will deem your product to be in or out of our warranty policy. If your product is deemed repairable and within warranty policy, your product will be repaired and shipped back to you free of charge. If your product is deemed repairable, but NOT within our warranty policy, you will receive an email asking you to accept or reject the cost estimation to which it takes to repair your product. SUBMITTING A request in store
You may bring your product for repair in our workshop where we will make sure that you get the right repair for your bag and the quality of repair satisfies you. Our store will deem the repair to be first level, in which we would be able to repair the product in store at no cost.
